Oh Yeah, Fun!

Fun activity One:  Even if you feel like shit and are sad and depressed and lonely or in pain….most people can do this once in awhile: 

GO SEE A MOVIE WITH MELISSA MCCARTHY IN IT!!!  
Seriously…this woman is medicine for the soul and the gut because you'll be laughing so hard you'll get a workout while detoxing nasty things out of your soul from laughing so hard, you might even snort as I did when I went to see  'Spy', Trailer' just released in summer 2015.  Wow!  Hilarious movie and cannot wait till the follow-up as there most probably will be one. 

If you can, go with a friend and eat lots of crappy popcorn and drink bright red sodas or clear ones if you can't have red dyes.  Either way, indulge a bit, go off diet, snort while laughing, put your feet up on the row of seats in front of you ( so long as no one is there- go on a weeknight) and relax…take a load off and not give a shit for one night.  

Trust me, it will really help, at least for that moment.  :) 

And when you're ready and want to stay in, rent or watch online 'The Heat' with Melissa and Sandra Bullock.  HILARIOUS!!!!  Snort-worthy, guffaw-having exhaustingly funny movie to sweat a little of the stress out of your system and set it a bit closer to right.  

:) Enjoy…even if you mostly feel like crap, you can take a night off once in awhile!
